A Miami hotel employee accused of fatally shooting a beloved neighborhood stray cat with a crossbow has been arrested — as the community continues to reel the animal’s death.
Georgios Lollias, 36, admitted he shot Strushie the cat in the head twice with a crossbow outside the Franklin Hotel on April 26, the Miami Herald reported.
Police charged him with animal cruelty and tampering with evidence on Wednesday.
