Authorities in the US are investigating a "breach in protocol" which led to a health worker becoming infected with Ebola after treating a man who died of the virus. An official said that other health workers in the US state of Texas may have become infected in the same way and that an investigation was under way. It comes after the British expert in charge of the United Nations response to Ebola has said he hopes the spread of the killer virus will be "under control" in three months. ITV
